Super-indelible-never-come-off-until-you’re-dead-and-maybe-even-later colouring markers

One year for my birthday my Aunt Sue gave me a book called “Purple, Green and Yellow” by Robert Munsch. This book was one of my favorite books to read as a child because it was fun and witty and of course had “super-indelible-never-come-off-until-you’re-dead-and-maybe-even-later colouring markers.” Oh how I wished for coloring markers like that growing up, all of my toys would have been marked with my name.

Robert Munsch is best known for his book “Love You Forever” which has always kind of creeped me out until I recently read he wrote that book about the loss of a baby. I finally understand the meaning behind the book and it no longer creeps me out instead I am sad.

He has written many other wonderful books ”Stephanie’s Ponytail” “The Paperbag Princess” “Pigs” to name a few, my daughter favorites are Stephanie’s Ponytail and Purple, Green and Yellow. The illustrations are beautiful and colorful to keep even a young toddler interested.

If you are looking for wholesome well written books for your children, nieces and nephews, grandchildren or any child, I highly recommend any of Robert Munscho you can purchase them on Amazon here.

Good Luck and Happy Reading
